AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO
DRAFT LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN
OF NORWAY AND THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee of the City of Muskego has
agreed to cooperate with the Town of Norway in the reconstruction
of one and three-quarters (1 314) miles of Union Church Road, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Norway has agreed to have said road surveyed,
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has agreed to pay fifty per
cent (50%) of the survey costs,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the City Attorney to draft
the necessary agreement needed in accordance with the above, be-
tween the City of Muskego and the Town of Norway.
