AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO STUDY THE FEASIBILITY
OF COMPLETING THE SEWERS AROUND THE ENTIRE PERIMETER
OF LITTLE MUSKEG0 LAKE
WHEREAS, the need for sewers in the area around Little Muskego Lake
is recognized as a dire necessity, and
WHEREAS, numerous residents have been advised of existing problems
and have been requested to complete extensive repairs on their
septic systems, and
WHEREAS, it is the responsibility of the City of Muskego to do
. whatever is necessary to alleviate the problems of its residents
around Little Muskego Lake, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have the complete data on cost and time
requirements in order to complete a sound and sensible program of sewer installation in the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, a portion of sewer line will have to be installed due to
reconstruction of Racine Avenue, north of Highway 24, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council recognizes the need to
improve the water conditions of Little Muskego Lake,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, does hereby recognize the necessity of this study around
and Mielke to undertake and complete the necessary studies to
Little Muskego Lake and authorizes the Engineering Firm of Ruekert
determine the feasibility of the installation of sewers to
serve this area as soon as possible
