REPLACEMENT OF DRAIN TILE FOR VESBACH
SEWAGE STABILIZATION POND
WHEREAS, during the construction of a sewage stabilization pond
certain damage was done to the property of Mr. Walter Vesbach,
and
WHEREAS the City has obtained estimates through its engineers
as to the cost for the installation of drain tile along the
north and east dikes of said pond which would replace tile on
Mr. Vesbach's land disrupted by the construction of the pond,
and
WHEREAS the City has been informed by its engineer that a price
of $1,000.00 has been obtained from the C & C Construction
Company,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Muskego pay to
Walter Vesbach and Dorothy Vesbach, his wife, the sum of One
Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars in satisfaction of any and all
damages sustained by the claimants as a result of the construc-
tion of sewage stablization pond and that upon the obtaining of
a complete release therefor the City pay said sm to the
claimants.
