DESIGNATION OF LEGAL LOTS
(Mor ton Smith)
WHEREAS Mr. Morton Smith has petitioned the Common Council of
the City of Muskego to determine the legal status of Lots 1,
2, and 3, in Section 16, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has, after
review, recornended to the Common Council that said lots be
declared legal lots,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan
Commission and declares that Lots 1, 2, and 3, described as
follows, are legal lots.
Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 16, Township 5 North, Range 20 East, City
of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, located and
bounded as follows: Commencing in the north line of
the said quarter-section at a point North 89O46'05"
West 552.53 feet from the northeast corner thereof;
thence South 00°13'55" West 37.50 feet to a pipe at
the northwest corner of the lands herein described;
thence South 89°46'05" East 292.17 feet to a pipe
set at the westerly boundary of the right-of-way of
County Trunk Highway "Y". , thence 182.23 feet on the
said highway boundary, on an arc of a left hand
circular curve, at a radius of 2914.79 feet, to a
pipe set South 02°53'3611 West 182.19 feet; thence
North 89°46'05" West 283.71 feet to a pipe; thence
North 00°02'05" West 182.00 feet to the pipe first
called herein.
