AUTHORIZING LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND
THE DROTT TRACTOR COMPANY FOR THE PURCHASE OF HIGHWAY EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego, did authorize
the Public Works Committee to negotiate the necessary lease
agreement with option to purchase, subject to approval of the
Common Council, for one new Drott Self-propelled Cruz-Air Backhoe
in the amount of $35,187.00,
WHEREAS, said Resolution did spell out the terms of the total
payment as indicated above, with monthly charges applying as
credit until the expiration of the 90-day lease-option period,
blHEREAS, the City Attorney, has prepared the necessary
lease agreement with option,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Muskego does enter
into the lease agreement submitted, attached hereto and being
made a part of this resolution by reference and is hereby
approved by the Common Council,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE Mayor and the City Clerk be
authorized to sign said lease agreement with option with the
Drott Tractor Company in the name of the City of Muskego.
