AS AMENDED
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
CRUZ-AIR BACKHOE FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS the City of Muskego is contemplating several major ditch
cleaning projects in the near future, and
WHEREAS the Drott Tractor and Equipment Company has offered
to rent one new Drott Self-Propelled Cruz-Air Backhoe to the
City of Muskego for $1,750.00 per month, with monthly lease
charges applying as credit and will be paid monthly until 90
days with an option to purchase for cash at the end of that
period in the amount of $35,187.00,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Public Works Committee
to negotiate the necessary sales contract, subject to the approval
of the Common Council, for the purchase of one new Drott Self-
Propelled Cruz-Air Backhoe in the amount of $35,187.00,
0 under the above terms.
