RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO THE
TEXACO COMPANY TO INSTALL A HOLDING
TANK
WHEREAS the Texaco Company anticipates the opening of a business
@ establishment in the near future^ on the corner of Highway 24 and
Tess Corners Drive, and
WHEREAS the State Board of Health has advised that the Texaco Company
will not be permitted to install a leaching system due to poor soil
conditions, and
WHEREAS the State Board of Health has also advised the City of
Muskego that the use of a holding tank would be acceptable if the
City will guarantee the servicing of said tank,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby agree to guarantee the State that the City of
Muskego will be responsible for the proper servicing of such
holding tank. The cost of such servicing to be paid by the property
owner who shall enter into a written agreement with the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute such documents as approved by the City Attorney
and the State Board of Health, relating thereto.
