AVTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS IN THE AMOW
OF $700.00 FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT GAS, OIL
AND LUBRICANT TO THE CAPITAL OVTLAY ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Committee has recommended that the
Police Department have installed a 2,000 gallon gasoline storage
tank and gas pump,
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has concurred that it would be in
the best interest of the City that the Police Department maintain
their own gasoline facilities,
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Chief of Police that
maintenance of such facilities would result in considerable sav-
ings to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the transfer of $700.00
from Account 520-043 Gasoline, Oil and Lubricants to Account #
520-081 Capital Outlay, New and Replacements.
