AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO SELL
USED THERMOFAX MACHINE
WHEREAS the City is presently renting a copy machine
from 3M Business Machines, and
WHEREAS the present Thermofax Copy Machine is no
longer needed, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recommended that the
City Clerk be authorized to dispose of the Termofax
Machine,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby authorize the City
Clerk to dispose of the used city-owned Thermofax Copy
Machine in the manner she finds most advantageous to
the City.
