APPOINTMENT OF SAMUEL P. MURRAY TO INVESTIGATE
INCOME TAXES ERRONEOUSLY ALLOCATED 0
WHEREAS there are instances whereby income taxes belonging to the
City of Muskego are erroneously allocated to various cities, villages,
towns or other governmental units, and
WHEREAS said erroneous allocations should be investigated to insure
the City of Muskego its righful share of income tax allocation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize and direct the City Clerk to file
claims against various cities, villages, towns and other govern-
mental units wherein and wherever she has determined income taxes
properly allocable to the City of Muskego were erroneously alloca-
ted to the said city, village, town or other governmental unit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby confirm the appointment by the Mayor of
Samuel P. Murray, Attorney at Law, to investigate said income
taxes erroneously allocated, under terms of a contract signed by
the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Muskego dated the 14th
day of May, 1968, said agreement being made a part of this resol-
ution.
