DENYING REQUEST FOR VACATION OF ALLEY
IN POINT DENOON SUBDIVISION
a WHEREAS petition was made that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, pursuant to Sec. 66.296 (4) Wis. Stats., discontinue
an alley between lots 9 and 10 in Point Denoon Subdivision, and
WHEREAS the City Plan Commission has recommended that said
alley not be discontinued,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby deny the request of Shirley R. Strehlow
and Betty Ann Christman to discontinue the alley between lots
9 and 10 in Point Denoon Subdivision.
