APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF CULVERTS FROM
BARK RIVER CULVERT COMPANY FOR FOUNTAINWOOD
DRAINAGE DITCH PROJECT
a WHEREAS the Common Council has rejected the bids on the proposed
straightening and cleaning of the drainage ditch traversing through
Fountainwood and Hale Park West, and
WHEREAS it is the intent of the Public Works Committee to do the
project with city-owned equipment, and
WHEREAS it is necessary that culverts be purchased for the project,
and
WHEREAS it has been determined that the necessary culverts would
cost $7,834.90 and the Public Works Committee has recommended they
be purchased,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the purchase of the necessary
culverts for the Fountainwood Drainage Ditch Project at a cost of
$7,834.90.
