APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR RESCUE SERVICE
WHEREAS it is necessary for the City of Muskego and the Tess
Comers Volunteer Fire Department to enter into an agreement
whereby the Tess Comers Volunteer Fire Department will supply
rescue service to the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS the Public Safety Committee has recommended approval of
the contract for the year 1968-1969,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of a contract between the City of
Muskego and the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department to expire
February 15, 1969.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk be
authorized to execute the necessary contract in the name of the
City.
