APPROVAL OF FIRE PROTECTION WITH TESS CORNERS
VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARlMENT
WHEREAS it is necessary that the City of Muskego and the Tess
Comers Fire Department enter into a contract for fire protection
for the city's residents, and
WHEREAS the necessary contract has been prepared by the City
Attorney and approved by the Tess Corners Fire Department, and
WHEREAS the Public Safety Committee has recmended that the
contract be approved by the City,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the contract for fire protection
between the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department and the City
of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
city.

PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE
