ACCEPTING A STATE GRANT -IN-AID OFFER
IN THE AMOUNT OF $40,400.00
0 WHEREAS the State of Wisconsin has offered to the City of Muskego
assistance in its program of Pollution Prevention and Building of
Abatement Facilities in the amount of $40,400.00, and
WHEREAS it is necessary that the Common Council formally accept
the offer,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the offer of State assistance in the
amount of $40,000.00 as aid in the Prevention of Pbllution and
the Building of Abatement Facilities as referred by the Department
of Natural Resources.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the offer in the name of the City and
authorizes the proper officials to execute the necessary documents
to obtain said funds.
