ACCEPTING BID TO PURCHASE AC TRACTOR CRAWLER
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee, under the authorization of
the Common Council, offered a AC Tractor Crawler for sale, and

WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
bid of Gordon B. Altmann for $515.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the offer from Gordon B. Altmann to
purchase a city-owned AC Tractor Crawler for the sum of $515.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk-Comptroller and the
Mayor are authorized to execute the necessary documents.
