AUTHORIZING REFUND RESULTING FROM
ASSESSMENT ERRORS
0 WHEREAS Arthur Wieselmann. City Assessor. has advised the Finance
Committee that errors have been made in the assessments of Hales
Corners Sand & Gravel Co, Victor Lemke and Donald O'Leary in the
1967 Assessment Roll, and
WHEREAS the amount of $218.05,must be refunded to Hples Corners
Sanc! & Gravel Co., $33.67 to Donald O'Leirry and $57.21 to Victor
Lemke ,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the City Cl&-Comptroller to refund
$218.05 to Hales Corners Sand & Gravel Co, $33.67 to Donald O'Leary
and $57.21 to Victor Lemke, and to transfer these amounts from
the General Fund to Acct.fi974, Refunds.
