APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT WITH DONALD HUDZIAK
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk-Comptroller
be authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Muskego the
attached agreement, which agreement the Common Council of Muskego
hereby ratifies.

AGREEMENT

a WHEREAS, Donald Hudziak has been an employee of the Town
and City of Muskego for many years and on the 31st day of
December , 19 -9 67 tendered his resignation by the City of
Muskego.
AND WHEREAS, there has now developed a dispute over the
effective day of the resignation as to whether it was December 31,
1967 or January 1, 1968 and, therefore, what amounts of monies are
due and owing to Donald Hudziak as and for vacation and holiday pay.
AND WHEREAS, the City of Muskego intends to establish a

Pension Program for their employee's retroactive to January 1, 1968.
NOW,THEREFORE, the City of Muskego and Donald Hudziak hereby
agree to settle the above dispute and controversy as follows:
(1) The City of Muskego shall pay to Donald Hudziak the
stated sum of $ 432.00 as and for vacation pay, holiday pay
and for any and all sums due and owing him for any service of any
nature heretofore rendered to the City of Muskego by Donald Hudziak.
(2) That all parties acknowledge and agree that Donald
Hudziak's employment with the City of Muskego terminated on or
before December 31, 1967. e (3) That Donald Hudziak hereby specifically and in
consideration of the above compensation, hereby waives any right
or claim to any benefits he may have in the event the City of
Muskego provides a Pension Plan for their employees effective
as of January 1, 1968 or at any latter date.
