ESTABLISHING THE RESALE PRICE OF THE
CITY OF MUSKEG0 ZONING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS the recently amended Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Muskego has been reprinted in book form, and
WHEREAS the cost of each one has been determined to be $4.59, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recommended that the City
establish a charge of $2.50 in order to recover a portion of the
cost of the printed book,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does
hereby establish a charge of $2.50 for each Zoning Ordinance sold
to the public.
