GRANTING THE REQUEST OF GRAVEL, INC. TO OPERATE
AN ASPHALT PLANT AS AN ACCESSORY USE.
WHEREAS Gravel, Inc. has petitioned the Common Council of the City
the City of Muskego as an accessory use on the following property:
1) of Muskego for a renewal permit to operate an asphalt plant in
Pprt of the NE% of the hWk of Scction 5
in the City of Muskego .

WHEREAS the P7an Commission hzs recommended the denial of this
permit,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby grant the request of Gravel, Inc. to renew
their permit to operate an asphalt plant as an accessory use on
the following property:
Pt of the NE2 of the NWk of Section 5 in
the City of Muskego
