GRANTING AN EXTRACTIVE PERMIT TO GRAVEL, INC.
WHEREAS Gravel, Inc. has petitioned the Common Council of the City
of Muskego for a renewal of their Extractive Permit, and
WHEREAS the City Plan Commission, having received the proper bond
in the amount of $30,000.00, have recommended that the Permit
be granted,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the request of Gravel, Inc. for a~n
Extractive Permit .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Permit shall expire June 19, 1968.
