REFUND FOR ASSESSMENT ERRORS
6 WHEREAS Arthur Wieselmann, City Assessor, has advised the Finance
Committee that an error was made in the assessment of Arthur Zangerle
in the 1967 Assessment Roll, and
WHEREAS there are other corrections in the tax roll as a result of
illegal assessments on State and City owned property, and
WHEREAS the total amount of $604.79 must be refunded to Arthur
Zangerle and the amount of $532.42 paid to the Tax Account,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the City Clerk-Comptroller to refund
$604.79 to Mr. Arthur Zangerle and to transfer this amount from the
General Fund to Acct. 8974, Refunds, and to pay into the Tax Account
from the General Fund the sum of $532.42.
