ACCEPTING BID FROM LINNAN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
TO REBUILD WOODS ROAD BRIDGE
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee was given authorization to
advertise for bids for the rebuilding of the bridge on the corner
of Lannon Drive and Woods Road, and
WHEREAS the following bids were received:

WHEREAS it has been determined that the low bid of Wolf Construction
Company was in error and not acceptable and did not follow the re-
quirements of the notice, and
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has recommended, upon the advice
of the City Engineer, that the bid of Linna.n Construction Company
for the sum of $31,722.00 be accepted be accepted by the Council,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby disallow the bid of Wolf Construction Company
in the amount of $37,503.62 and does accept the bid of Linnan
Construction Company in the amount of $31,722.00 for the construction
of the bridge on the corner of Lannon Drive and Woods Road.
