REJECTION OF BIDS FOR FOUNTAINWOOD
DRAINAGE DITCH PROJECT
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee re-advertised for bids for
the cleaning and straightening of the drainage ditch in Fountain- * and
WHEREAS the following bids were received:
Drum1 Const. Co.
Johnson Const. Co.
Wolf Const. Co.
Milwaukee Underground
$39,784.00
34,248.50
35,022.00
53,310.00
and
WHEREAS it is the opinion of the Public Works Committee that it
would be in the best interest of the City to reject all the bids,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby reject all the bids received and relating
to the Fountainwood Drainage Ditch.
