DENYING THE REQUEST OF DAVID BEIERLE
TO REZONE A PARCEL OF LAND IN
SECTION 4
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby affirm the recommendation of the City Plan
Commission to deny the petition of David Beierle, Agent for
Mary Killa, dated November 28, 1967, to rezone Idle Isle, located
at the north end of Little Muskego Lake in Section 4, from RS-3
to RSM (Multiple Family), and to deny the request to change the
text of the Zoning Ordinance to permit the development, operation
and habitation of mobile home parks in RSM Districts.
