REFUSING THE CLAIM OF FLOYD H. THOMPSON
0 WHEREAS a claim from Floyd H. Thompson against the City of Muskego
had been filed as a result of an accident which occurred on
October 19, 1967, and
WHEREAS said claim was referred to the City Attorney and the City
Insurance Agent, and
WHEREAS the Sentry Insurance Company has advised the City that
upon investigation it is their opinion that there is no liability
on the part of the City,and have therefore requested that the
City Council officially deny the claim,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby deny the claim of Floyd H. Thompson against
the City of Muskego.
