ACCEPTING LOW BID OF JOHNNY'S PETROLEUM
PRODUCTS FOR SUPPLYING FUEL TO THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT
a WHEREAS Police Chief Kraus was authorized to take bids for supplying
premium gasoline for a 90-day period to the City of Muskego Police
Dep ar men t , and
WHEREAS the following bids were received:
.0315 Per gal. - Johnny's Petroleum Products
.0329 Per gal. - E. J. Salentine
and
WHEREAS the Public Safety Committee and the Finance Committee
have recommended accepting the low bid of Johnny's Petroleum
Products,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Johnny's Petroleum
Products of .0315 per gal. for premium gasoline.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is authorized to
prepare the necessary documents and the Mayor and the City Clerk
to execute them in the name of the City.
