GRANTING C & C CONSTRUCTION CO. AN EXTENSION
OF THE CONTRACT COMPLETION TIME ON THE SEWER
STABILIZATION PROJECT
WHEREAS C & C Construction Company has requested a 6-week extension 8 of the contract completion time on the sewer stabilization project, and
WHEREAS the request for additional time is required because of the
additionlbeat incurred and delays due to the wet weather in October,
and,
WHEREAS the Sewer Committee has recommended granting the request,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby grant to C & C Construction Company a 6-week
extension of their contract completion time on the sewerage
stabilization contract.
