RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF
NOTICE TO BI.IlDERS
RESOLVED that the City Clerk, with the advice of the City
Attorney and City Engineer, shall prfpare a Notice to Bidders covering
the proposed work of constructing sanitary sewers in Assessment District
No. 3 and shall publish the same as a Class 2 Notice in the official City
newspapers and in such other publication as she may determine likely to
give notice to the persons affected, the last of which insertions shall be
not later than one week prior to the date fixed for receipt of bids.
