RESOLUTION MODIFYING PRELIMINARY
RESOLUTION NO. 158-67 AND CORRECTING
ENGINEER'S REPORT
WHEREAS by Preliminary Resolution No. 158-67, this Council
directed the City Engineer to prepare and submit his Report,
including Plans and Specifications for installation of sanitary
sewers in Assessment District No. 3, the costs of such improve-
ments and a schedule of proposed assessments; and
WHEREAS said Report has been received and filed with the
City Clerk; and
WHEREAS a public hearing has been held in accordance with law;
NOW, THEREFORE, on the basis of information gained on a inspection of the premises and such hearing,
BE IT RESOLVED:
1. Preliminary Resolution No. 158-67 is hereby modified to
provide for a lateral assessment of $225.00 for each
lateral in accordance with the plan of the Engineer's
Report and the provisions of Section 2 of such Preliminary
Resolution are hereby amended accordingly.
2. The said Report of the City Engineer is hereby modified
to conform to his modified report entitled "Report of
Engineer on Proposed Sanitary Sewer Installation in City
of Muskego, Wisconsin, Modified after Public Hearing of
December 27, 1967," copies of which have been filed with
the City Clerk and are attached to this Resolution.
