AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE
TO SELL CERTAIN HIGHWAY EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has determined that a ZU Four
Wheel Drive Oshkosh truck and an Allis Chalmers Model K crawler
could be considered surplus equipment, and
WHEREAS they have requested permission to offer these two pieces
of equipment for sale,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the Public Works Committee's request
to offer for sale a ZU Four Wheel Drive Oshkosh truck and an Allis
Chalmers Model K crawler,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee be directed
to report their findings and recommendations back to the Council.
