In all cases where the owners of property against whom
assessments shall be made shall file with the City Clerk
within thirty (30) days from the date of the aforesaid
notice a written notice that they elect to pay the special
assessments upon their property on or before November 1,
1968, special assessments payable in installments shall
not be made against said property of such owners and such
owners shall pay the entire assessment in full.
In the event a person so elects to pay such assessment on
or before November 1, 1968, but fails to do so, the entire
amount of such assessment, together with interest thereon
from September 1, 1968, to February 28, 1969, at the rate
of six per cent (6%) per annun, shall be entered in the
tax roll for the year 1968 and collected as are other taxes
of the City.
After the time for making such election shall have expired,
such assessment shall be due and payable in installments as
aforesaid, but any assessment may be paid in full before
due only upon the payment of interest to date of prepayment
upon such assessment, plus one year's interest on the then
unpaid principal amount of such assessment.

OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the following is a final resolution relating
to the adoption of plans and specifications for a sanitary sewer col-
lection system in said City. A copy of said final resolution, to-
gether with all documents mentioned therein, is on file in the office
of the City Clerk, W180 S7732 Racine Avenue, Muskego, Wisconsin, and
is open for public inspection between the hours of 8:OO A.M. and 5:OO
P.M., daily;
WHEREAS the Common Council of the City of Muskego has on the
13th day of December, 1966, adopted a Preliminary Resolution
numbered 1-67, expressing its intent to exercise its special
assessment powers in relation to the construction of a sani-
tary sewer collection main and sewer service pipes in the
following area:

WHEREAS the Common Council has tentatively adopted the Report
of the City Engineer containing certain Plans and Specifica-
tions for the construction of said sewer system and an estimate
of the cost of installation of said System; and
WHEREAS the Common Council duly held a meeting on the 11th day
of January, 1967, for the purpose of hearing any person inter-
ested concerning the matters set forth in said Report and Pre-
liminary Resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Muskego do
hereby resolve: 0
1. The said Report, including the statement as to the esti-
mated cost of said improvement and the schedule of
amounts assessed as to each parcel of said real estate,
be and the same hereby is finally determined to be cor-
rect and is finally approved and adopted, and said
statement of cost and schedule of assessments are
hereby finally determined to be correct and are finally
approved and adopted as heretofore modified.
2. The Plans and Specifications incorporated into said
Report are hereby finally determined to be correct and
are hereby finally approved and adopted as heretofore
modified.
3. The work contemplated in said Report shall be
carried out in accordance with said Report as
finally approved and the payment of the portion
of the cost therefor which will be paid by
special assessments shall be made as set forth
in said Report.
