ACCEPTING THE BID FOR AIR CONDITIONING
SYSTEM FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
/ e WHEREAS the Safety Committee has determined that a new air conditioning
system is needed in the police station, and
WHEREAS an air conditioning unit had previously been authorized
for by the acceptance of the 1968 Budget, and
WHEREAS. th3 following bids were received:
Bohrer' s , Inc. $ 812.00
Gerth Company 839.00
Muskego Steel & Furnace Co. 932.00
and
WHEREAS the Public Safety Committee and the Finance Committee has
recommended that the contract be awarded to the low bidder, Bohrer's,
Inc.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Bohrer's, Inc. to install
an air conditioning system in the police station at a cost not to
exceed $812.00
