REJECTION OF BIDS FOR FOUNTAINWOOD DRAINAGE
DITCH PROJECT
WHEREAS the bids for the project known as the Fountainwood Drainage
Works Committee, and
WHEREAS it is the recommendation of the Public Works Committee
that all bids on the project be rejected, and
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee recommends that the project
be re-bid,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby*ect all of the following bids on the project
known as Fountainwood Drainage Ditch Project:
b has been received and reviewed by the City Engineer and the Public
Milwaukee Johnson Wolf
Underground Excavating Construction
$ 39,150.00 $ 22,500.00 $ 9,900.00
plus the cost of removing and replacing the necessary culverts
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Public Works Committee to re-bid
the project and to submit their report back to the Common Council.
