AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN UNEXPENDED
FUNDS TO A RESERVE ACCOUNT
a WHEREAS several departments of the City have indicated that due
to circumstances beyond their control, funds budgeted for 1967 'w will not be expended because the work has not been completed or
materials delivered, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has reviewed the requests and have
recommended that certain funds from the Public Works Department
and the Park and Recreation Department be transferred to a reserve
account to be, expended in 1968,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee does
hereby authorize the following monies be transferred from their
respective account to a reserve account:
Acct. A814 - Major Road Account $ 19,960.00
Acct. #818 - Drainage 21,000.00 Acct. 11847 - Garage Building Addition 16,988.00
Acct. #868 - Equipment 19,906.00
Acct. #943 - Land Improvements 2,200.00
Acct. #944 - Park Land Acquisition 9,958.00
