ACCEPTING THE BIDS FOR HEATING SYSTEM
FOR POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS the Safety Committee has determined that a new heating
@ system is needed in the police station, and
WHEREAS the following bids were received by the Chief of Police:
Bohrer’ s , Inc. $ 446.00
Gerth Company 465.00
Muskego Steel & Furnace Co. 586.00
and
WHEREAS the Public Safety Committee and the Finance Committee have
recommended that the contract be awarded to the low bidder, Bohrer’s,
Inc.,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Bohrer’s, Inc. to install
a heating system in the police station at a cost not to exceed
$446.00.
