CCR1967161RESOLUTION 11161-67 (AS AMENDED)
AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE COMMITTEE TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR GASOLINE
FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS the Chief of Police has indicated that he will .use approx-
imately 18,000 gallons of gasoline per year, and
WHEREAS the Public Safety Committee has recommended that the
Finance Committee be authorized to advertise for bids to all
local gas stations,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Finance Committee to advertise
for bids to supply, through service stations located in the City
of Muskego, 95 octane premium gasoline for the Police Department
for a period of three months or a minimum of 4,500 gallons.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Conunittee is directed to
make its report and recommendation back to the Council.
