APPOINTMENT OF DUANE WHITEHOUSE AS
HUMANE OFFICER
0 WHEREAS the City of Muskego’s Humane Officer, Mr. John Kelly, has
resigned, and
WHEREAS the Public Safety Conunittee and Chief of Police and the
Mayor have interviewed Mr. Duane Whitehouse as a possible candidate
for appointment, and
WHEREAS it is the responsibility of the Mayor to appoint the Humane
Officer with the confirmation of the Common Council,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby confirm the appointment of Mr. Duane Whitehouse
as Humane Officer for the City of Muskego.
