RESOLUTION #157-67
APPROVAL OF MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH
E. J. SALENTINE
'II
WHEREAS it is desired that the City of Muskego and E. J. Salentine,
Inc. enter into an agreement whereby E. J. Salentine will maintain
the City of Muskego Squad cars being leased from Wisconsin Car
Rental, Inc., and
WHEREAS the Public Safety Committee and the Finance Committee
has determined that it would be in the best interest of the
City to enter into such an agreement,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the contract attached and does
hereby authorize the Clerk-comptroller and the Mayor to execute
the same on behalf of the City.
