APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
MUSKEG0 AND THE WISCONSIN CAR RENTAL, INC.
WHEREAS the Wisconsin Car Rental, Inc. has submitted a proposal to
sell, exchange and buy back to the City of Muskego the necessary
police cars for the years 1968 and 1969 at a cost not to exceed
$1,925.00 a year per car, and
WHEREAS the Public Safety Committee and the Finance Committee have
determined, based on the 90-day exchange program, the cost to the
City appears to be less than it would be if squad cars were exchanged
every 12 months and have therefore recommended approval of the
contract,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the Police Vehicle Exchange Proposal
as submitted by the Wisconsin Car Rental, Inc. at a cost of $475.00
per unit each 90 days (except that the first exchange would be at
a cost of $500.00).

0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council does hereby authorize
the City Clerk-Comptroller and the Mayor to execute the contract
which is attached hereto and made a part of this resolution.
