AS AMENDED
APPROVAL OF THE LEASING OF A BURROUGHS
BOOKKEEPING MACHINE e WHEREAS the Finance Committee, upon the request of the City Clerk-
Comptroller, has established the need for a bookkeeping machine a for the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS several companies have been interviewed by the City Clerk-
Comptroller, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has determined that the Burroughs
8F1433 bookkeeping machine which can be leased to the City from a
year to year basis at a cost of $219.00 per month plus an initial
programming charge of $184.00 would be the best machine for the
City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby agree to lease a Burroughs #F1433 bookkeeping
machine at a cost of $219.00 per month, plus an initial programing
charge of $184.00, from date of delivery to December 31, 1968.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Comptroller and the Mayor
are hereby authorized to execute the necessary documents in the
name of the City.
