AUTHORIZATION FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
TO LEASE EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS the City of Muskego desires to lease a 3M brand "209"
automatic dry photo copier, and
WHEREAS said machine can be leased at a cost of $30.00 per month,
plus paper cost, which would average approximately 3%c per sheet, and
WHEREAS the lease agreement can be terminated by either party by
a 15-day written notice, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the
equipment lease agreement which is in accordance with the 1968
Budget ,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of an equipment lease agreement between
the City of Muskego and 3M Business Products, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name of the
City.
