APPROVAL OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN IBM CORPORATION AND
CITY OF MUSKEG0 POLICE DEPARTMENT
Whereas, the City of Muskego Police Department has recently
purchased an IBM typewriter.
Whereas, the Finance Committee deems it advisable to contract
for preventative maintenance to protect the City against
major repair bills, and
Whereas, such an agreement could be entered into at a cost
of $38.00 per year,
THEREFORE, Be It Resolved that the Common Council of the City
between the IBM Corporation and the City of Muskego at a
of Muskego does hereby approve the maintenance agreement
cost not to exceed $38.00 per year effective January 1, 1968.
Be it Further Resolved that the Mayor and Clerk-Comptroller
are hereby authorized to execute the necessary documents
in the name of the City.
