AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE TO
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE FOUNTAINWOOD AND HALE PARK
WEST DRAINAGE DITCH PROJECT
WHEREAS Resolution W72-67 authorized the Public Works Committee to
have the City Engineer prepare specifications for the cleaning and
widening of the drainage ditch traversing through Fountainwood
Subdivision #3 and Hale Park West, and
WHEREAS the City Engineer has prepared the specifications and has
reported that the project is ready for bidding, and
WHEREAS the Public Works Committee has recommended that such bids
be advertised,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Public Works Committee to
advertise for bids for the cleaning and widening of the Fountainwood #3
and Hale Park West drainage ditch.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee is hereby

the project as soon as feasible.
