APPROVAL OF A CLAIM FROM ARTHUR WIESEIblANN
0 WHEREAS the City Ass’essor, Arthur Wieselmann, has submitted a
claim to the City of Muskego for legal fees encountered in his
salary dispute with the Clerk-Comptroller, and
WHEREAS this claim has been processed by the Clerk-Comptroller
who was recommended that the claim be denied, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recommended that the claim
be paid,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of the claim as submitted by Assessor
Arthur Wieselmann for the sum of $150.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk-Comptroller is directed
to make the payment and to transfer the necessary funds from
the General Account to Account $1973, Claims and Damages.
