SUSPENSION OF RIFLE RANGE PERMIT HELD
BY SCHULPS RESORT
a WHEREAS the premises known as Schultr's Resort ha.s been issued
a permit for the operation of a rifle range and trap shooting 0 facilities, and
WHEREAS an incident has occurred recently which caused the
Chief of Police of the City of Muskego to recommend that
that portion of the permit covering the rifle range be re-
voked, and
WHEREAS the Public Safety Committee and the Finance Committee
have recommended that said Rifle Range Permit be temporarily
suspended while a thorough investigation is made of the premises
and facilities,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby revoke the Rifle Range Permit issued to
Schult's Resort.
