DESIGNATION OF LEGAL LOT (Myrtle Thode)
WHEREAS Mrs. Myrtle Thode, owner of certain lands in Section 26 has
legal status of a lot pursuant to Section 12 of the Subdivision
Control Ordinance. and
petitioned the Common Council of the City of Muskego to determine
WHEREAS the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has determined
that permitting the creation of a lot in this area would support
a satisfactory sewerage disposal system, the size quality and
character of the new lot would not be incompatible with the
surrounding area and to refuse this division of land would im-
pose an unnecessary hardship upon the owner and does therefore'
recommend to the Common Council that the lot as shown on
Certified Survey map, dated November 7, 1967, be declared a
legal lot.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan Commission
and declares the following described lots owned by Myrtle Thode,
as shown on Certified Survey map dated November 7, 1967, be a
e legal lot:
All that part of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 26,
Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows: to-wit:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the southwest one-
quarter of said section; thence North along the East line
of the said quarter section 1332.30 feet to a point on the
North line of Southeast one-quarter of the said Southwest
one-quarter; thence South 890 43' West along said North
line 898.54 feet to the point of beginning of the lands
herein described; thence continuing South 89' 43' West
along said North line 430.00 feet to a point on the West
line of the said quarter-quarter section and center line
of Thode Drive; thence South Oo 04' East along said West line
and center line 400.00 feet; thence North 89O 43' East
430.00 feet; thence North Oo 04' West 400.00 feet to the
point of beginning. Excepting and dedicating therefrom the
West 30 feet for road purposes.
