AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF GRANGE CONSTRUCTION
TO REMOVE TREES FROM MUSKEG0 CREEK
e WHEREAS the Common Council has authorized the cleaning and widening
of Muskego Creek between Racine Avenue and Woods Road, and
WHEREAS the presence of a large number of trees along the bank
need to be removed in order that a more satisfactory job may be
done, and
WHEREAS it is estimated that the cost of this project would not
exceed $1,000.00,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Cornon Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the hiring of Grange Construction Co.
at a rate of $25.00 per hour to remove all trees necessary to
facilitate the cleaning and widening of Muskego Creek between
Racine Avenue and Woods Road.
BE IT FWRTHER RESOLVED that this approval is limited to an amount e of $1,000.00. ._
