APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF HAROLD DEBACK
WHEREAS, Mr. Harold DeBack, W198 S10856 Racine Avenue, has submitted
a claim to the City of Muskego for damage to his crops during the
installation of a drain tile from Woods Road to a drainage ditch.
0 said tile passing through his property, and

WHEREAS the amount requested is $25.00, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee and the Finance Committee has
recommended approval,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the claim from Harold DeBack of $25.00
from Crop damage due to the installation of drain tile through
his property.
