AUTHORIZING A CHANGE IN THE AGREEMENT BE’IWEEN
BLUE CROSS - BLUE SHIELD AND THE
CITY OF MUSKEG0
e WHEREAS a new contract between the Associated Hospital Service, Inc.
and the City of Muskego will bring increased benefits to the
employees of the City at less cost, and
WHEREAS hospital coverage to employees has been approved by the
Cmon Council, pursuant to Ordinance #55, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recommended that a new contract
w’ith Associated Hospital Services, Inc. which will bring addition61
benefits to the employees be approved, and
WHEREAS it is recommended that the present 90-day probationary
period be reduced to 30 days,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby enter into an agreement with Associated
Hospital Service, Inc. for coverage under Public Personnel at a
cost of $26.22 per month effective November 1, 1967.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 90-day probationary period is
hereby reduced to 30 days.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute the the agreement in the name of the City.
